Bounded rational real‐time charging pricing strategy under the traffic‐grid coupling network

This study proposes a bounded rational charging guidance strategy based on mental account theory, which guides users to charge in an orderly manner by formulating real-time prices. Firstly, framework for fast-charging EVs under the traffic-grid coupling network is constructed, and influencing factors of various dimensions when make decisions are analysed. Secondly, considering behaviour making decisions, multifactor model EV theory proposed so as obtain different costs selecting stations. On this basis, price Stackelberg game with goal maximising economic benefits station operators while reducing cost much possible. Finally, particle swarm optimisation algorithm used solve constraints. The simulation example verifies rationality formulation method superiority strategy.
